Job Description

Job Summary: Supervise the warehouse operations related to inbound activities, stock accuracy, overflow of goods and implement health and safety regulations and Good Storage and Distribution Practices (ERP) guidelines. Lead and direct a team of warehouse clerks to ensure best service to our customers. Job Duties The Warehouse Manager in overseeing the receiving, storage, labelling, picking and packing processes of all freight, products. Prepare the routing activities of all the warehouse clerks responsible of such as leave requests. Ensure that stock counts of the inventory are always correct and accurate. Ensure that all appropriate Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are being well implemented & documented. Control invoices on returned goods, perform the appropriate actions and report to the CEO. Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include special missions assigned by direct superior, Check visually on all items received the expiry date and on damaged products; divide them by brand and or item and match them with the original invoice sent from suppliers. Check all outgoing products and ensure a complete report on the movement of the stock. Follow up all maintenance needs. Qualifications : Minimum 5 year of experience working in warehouse environment. Associate of bachelor’s degree preferred. Average command of English, Arabic & Kurdish. Good command of Excel and Word. An openness to learning new technologies.
